gallo-romaine o\u00f9 druides et pr\u00eatresses rivalisent de drap\u00e9s sur fond de for\u00eats bretonnes, <strong>St\u00e9phane Braunschweig situe <em>Norma<\/em> dans un univers plus actuel et urbain.<\/strong> Non sans \u00e9voquer les communaut\u00e9s religieuses interdites par des dictateurs, l\u2019action se d\u00e9roule dans un endroit ferm\u00e9, souterrain, secret o\u00f9 une telle communaut\u00e9 continue \u00e0 c\u00e9l\u00e9brer ses rites autour de ce qui n\u2019est qu\u2019un ersatz, un souvenir du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre ch\u00eane d\u2019Irminsul. Ce lieu est aussi un lieu de ga\u00eet\u00e9 \u2013 les moments religieux sont ceux o\u00f9 le peuple gaulois opprim\u00e9 tente de retrouver de la vie. <strong>Norma est une femme qui m\u00e8ne une double vie<\/strong> ; elle fait l\u2019actrice : d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, elle la grande pr\u00eatresse du peuple gaulois, de l\u2019autre, elle est la femme d\u2019un centurion romain avec qui elle a deux enfants. C\u2019est une religieuse qui ne croit pas\u2026 C\u2019est cette double vie, entre sc\u00e8nes publiques et moments intimes, qu\u2019explore St\u00e9phane Braunschweig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCENOGRAPHIE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le principe de la sc\u00e9nographie est un espace \u00e0 la fois ouvert et ferm\u00e9, anim\u00e9 par des d\u00e9placements de certaines parties, notamment deux escaliers. La partie avant du d\u00e9cor constitue un grand cadre dont les grandes trappes permettent de diffuser de la lumi\u00e8re. Le mur du fond avance et recule, cr\u00e9ant des espaces priv\u00e9s ou publics suivant le livret. Un bonsa\u00ef symbolise le ch\u00eane d\u2019Irminsul ; il est prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par une cloche de verre, tel le feu sacr\u00e9. Un projecteur plac\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avant-sc\u00e8ne permettra de projeter l\u2019ombre du bonsa\u00ef sur le mur du fond et jouer sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COSTUMES ET ACCESSOIRES<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>St\u00e9phane Braunschweig s&rsquo;entoure, pour cette mise en sc\u00e8ne, de son \u00e9quipe habituelle. Thibault Vancraenenbroeck a cr\u00e9\u00e9, pour les pr\u00eatres et les pr\u00eatresses, des v\u00eatements et des robes bleues fluides couverts d&rsquo;un manteau noir (cf vid\u00e9o).<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHOREGRAPHIE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les mouvements du ch\u0153ur et des solistes seront imagin\u00e9s par Johanne Saunier. La danseuse et chor\u00e9graphe belge a longtemps travaill\u00e9 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d&rsquo;Anna Teresa de Keersmaeker et collabore, depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, aux pi\u00e8ces de nombreux metteurs en sc\u00e8nes et compositeurs reconnus dont Georges Aperghis, Fran\u00e7ois Sarhan ou Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Sivadier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class='flex_column
